Bohémienne

Gypsies, the Tzigans, the Titans – all known as ‘Bohemienns’.They are admired and at the same time feared, ‘chicken thieves’, but also fortune-tellers. Everyone knows them.  The Gypsy woman can be recognized by her swarthy complexion, the tambourine she holds in her hand and by her brightly colored clothes. She cradles a baby in her arem.
